Return Policy
It is very important to me that you be 100% satisfied with your purchase, however
due to the nature of my business in which most items are custom
made-to-order I do not accept returns.
The exception to this policy is
if you receive a defective item or I made a mistake in processing your
order. In which case I ask that you email me within 24 hours of
delivery to advise me of the error. Sizes are listed on my website. If you need sizing on something not listed please contact me. I do not accept returns/exchanges for items that don't fit.
Incorrect Orders Received:
If an item you ordered is received as the incorrect item do to an error
on behalf of My Embroidery Blanks, I will resend the correct item and the incorrect item is to be shipped back.
I do not upgrade shipping for replacements.
Please note.
I do not refund shipping
charges. No refund is given for lost packages and nonreturnable items
returned to us will not be shipped back to the sender nor credited to
their account.
Once an item has
been shipped it is no longer the responsibility of My Embroidery Blanks.
Please note that for any reason due to circumstances
beyond my control shipping may be delayed (inclement weather, lost
packages, etc.). In the event that a package is delayed for circumstances out of my control refunds will not be issued.
I do not automatically insure packages. If you would like insurance than I would be happy to give you an exact quote. You will be responsible for any insurance charges. Please understand that it is your responsibility to ask for insurance.
